SERVICE OPTIONS

Carlos W Power only employs qualified service technicians, and can service and/or repair most makes and models of vehicles, according to the manufacturer’s handbook. For an exact quotation, simply contact us and provide as much detail as possible (make, model, year and mileage of the vehicle). A service advisor will contact you with a quotation within 24 hours (Monday to Thursday). Should you request a quotation on a Friday or during a weekend, please allow 2 working days for a quotation to be supplied.

We only perform the exact service that is required. No additional work will be carried out without the owner’s prior permission. You only pay for what was required or work completed on your vehicle (with prior arrangement), and an exact breakdown of costs will be provided. Please feel free to discuss any service requirements with one of our friendly service advisors, who will gladly assist you and explain the best service option available to you. In certain cases – where a service handbook is not available – the Carlos W Power team can also offer you various service options: Click here for service options

Minor Services are carried out in conjunction with Major Services

The normal practice is for the scheduling to alternate between the two. Please check your manufacturer’s handbook to see which service you require. If you have the original handbook, remember to bring it along when you have your vehicle serviced. Our Service Advisors will stamp it for you, ensuring an accurate service record, which may increase the value of your vehicle when you decide to sell (or trade it).
